Bone china, made in a New Jersey studio- kiln fired to over 1900 degrees-  lead free glazes. Safe to place in the dishwasher, made to be used and enjoyed. Without the lid, the jar part measures 3.125" diameter x 2.75" tall inches, with lid the height is 3.75 inches. Roughly the size of a baseball or small apple.
