Shipping policy
Our shipping rates are set by UPS and USPS using variables like size and weight and zip codes. We cannot alter their rates. For USPS, priority packages should get to you within 2-3 days once it leaves our facility. Flat rate can take up to 5-7 days but could arrive earlier. Smaller items that can fit in an envelope will be stamped. Those can take up to 5-7 days. UPS ground, depending on the area we are shipping to, can take 5-7 days. Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day will arrive on those days according to when it left our facility. These are calculated business days. If you want your order on a Saturday, you must indicate that when choosing UPS as your carrier. Check with your local UPS as it is customary for Saturday delivery to be for businesses only and not residential. As always, during high volume ship days like Christmas or other gift giving holidays, any delays in shipping, once it leaves out facility, are out of our control. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your items are sent back to us, you will be charged additional shipping costs to ship it back to you.
